What'll be your mission?
➡ Support the Operations Team: Assist with analytics and process improvements to optimize efficiency.
➡ Coordinate Major Initiatives: Help operationalize large events, promotions, and programs, all aimed at enhancing the Rider experience.
➡ Stay Organized: Manage and maintain extensive documentation, ensuring everything is up-to-date and easily accessible. Superior organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail are essential.
➡ Communicate Effectively: Collaborate with internal and external partners, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills to keep everyone aligned.

What are we looking for?
✔ Education: B.A. or B.S. (recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply!).
✔ Experience: 1-2 years of experience in operations, analytics, or related fields (internships count!).
✔ Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a strong sense of follow-through.
✔ Strong analytical thinking is a strong plus.
✔ Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
