What’s Brewing in Your Day-to-Day?
- Be the go-to person for all customer contacts via voice, email or chat for both B2C and B2B customers.
- Welcome customers with a warm approach and help identify their needs.
- Share your knowledge and passion for coffee by advising customers on Nespresso products and services.
- Introduce customers to the art of coffee tasting and spark curiosity about our full range of products.
- Troubleshoot machine issues, guiding customers towards effective solutions.
- Maximize sales by showcasing our products—coffee, machines, and accessories.

What Makes You the Perfect Fit?
- Proficiency in English (mandatory).
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and relational skills—you thrive on making meaningful connections.
- Master multitasking like a pro and keep a positive mindset, even in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player attitude combined with exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools like Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
