Are you a Italian speaker looking for a new opportunity in Sunny Lisbon? We have the answer for you - as an Customer Service Agent for a medical technology company. About the Role: - You will play an integral part in supporting our Business Units of the Italian direct market. - Check orders, enter quotations in ERP, control stock availability and prices, record discounts for current promotions, inform customers of delivery times - Answer telephone calls from the sales force and customers, providing information and support regarding orders and delivery times. - Provide commercial assistance to sales points and sales force: commercial information, prices, product availability - Process requests for commercial and technical documentation for customers - Create and update customer accounts in the system - Handle all customer complaints: non-conforming orders, delivery delays, etc., and record each complaint on the various supports (Agile, etc.) - Enter all customer credit notes into the ERP system for returns, complaints, stock or price adjustments - Contact AR for all orders on financial hold and any changes that could have an impact on the payment of customer invoices Requirements: - Italian and English fluent - Qualifications and/or experience in similar roles - IT tools knowledge: Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams) - Experience working with ERP systems: Oracle preferred - Soft skills: empathy, conflict management We offer: Direct contract with the client: no term 40h per week Hybrd work in Parque das Nações
