Agente de Customer Success and Upsell Specialist

Do you have experience in Customer Success and Account Management? Then this offer is for you!

As a Customer Success and Upsell Specialist, your main focus will be:
-ensuring high customer renewal rates;
-driving revenue growth through strategic cross-selling and upselling;
-fostering strong relationships through exceptional nurturing;
-retaining clients by leveraging your expertise in opening, needs assessment, persuasive sales pitches, objection handling, and confident closing.

Key Responsibilities
-Drive customer retention by ensuring high renewal rates and identifying at-risk accounts;
-Provide specialized support and proactive guidance to meet client needs and expectations;
-Boost new business revenue through effective cross-selling and upselling strategies, managing the associated commercial activities and documentation;
-Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive, Dynamics 365) to maintain organized and detailed records of the client journey, enabling high-quality service and insightful reporting;

Education & Experience
-Up to 3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-focused role;
-Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Pipedrive, Dynamics 365, or similar);
-Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Communication Sciences, or a related field (preferred);
-Background in a B2B SaaS environment is highly valued.

-Strong drive and energy, with a passion for building and nurturing customer relationships;
-Excellent upselling and cross-selling skills, with a proactive and results-oriented approach;
-Ability to work collaboratively, demonstrating ambition and teamwork;
-Highly analytical and quick to learn, with sharp communication abilities;
-Focused on quality, with problem-solving skills, a pragmatic approach, and adept at multitasking;
-Fluent in both English and Portuguese;
-Solid knowledge and experience in sales techniques.

Offer
-Contract with Adecco HR;
-Base salary: 1000€;
-Meal card: 9.60eur/day;
-Hybrid regime: 4 days in person, 1 day at home;
-Hours: 9h00-18h00 (possibility of need from 10 am to 7 pm, 1 day a week, rotating), days off on weekends;
-Location: Lisbon.
