YOUR ROLE:
Handle intricate transactions for NFC customers with precision.
Offer expert guidance to ensure seamless transaction execution.
Develop effective mitigation plans for any issues that arise.
Manage escalations that require immediate attention, ensuring fast resolution and customer satisfaction.
Assist with legal case support to reduce penalties and protect the customer experience.
Collaborate with sales to provide support for new customer activations.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Languages: Proficiency in English and German is a must.
Previous experience in Customer Support and Claims.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

WE OFFER:
Competitive base salary + Meal Allowance of 9€.
Direct contract with the client.
Flexible working hours: 08H-17H or 09H-18H with hybrid work available after 2 months.
