What You'll Be Doing:
✨Provide expert support to the customers, addressing their technical and accounting queries via phone, email, and chat.
✨Tackle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently through a ticketing system and support chat.
✨Craft personalized offers for prospective customers, tailoring solutions to meet their exact needs.
✨Showcase the software solutions with engaging online demonstrations, highlighting how they can solve customer challenges.
✨Collaborate with a passionate team, working together to provide a world-class customer experience at every touchpoint.

What We’re Looking For:
❗Native German and fluent English (bonus points for additional languages).
❗A good understanding of Windows (desirable, not mandatory).
❗Previous experience in a customer-focused role is a plus.
❗A go-getter attitude with a passion for learning and growing.
❗A natural multitasker who’s flexible and thrives under pressure.
❗A team player who also values independent work.
❗Strong communication skills and a genuine love for helping people.
