French Collection Agent (M/F)

🔍 Are you looking for a new challenge as a French Collection Agent (M/F) and would like to join one of the world's leading supply chain management companies? If you have proficiency in both French and English, and possess relevant experience in this field, then this opportunity could be yours!

YOUR ROLE
Reporting directly to the Collections agent, you will perform several accounting and treasury tasks to the subsidiaries working with SSC Portugal.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
• Client portfolio management in a multinational environment;
• Ensure payment deadlines are met;
• Receiving customer complaints and forwarding them to the respective subsidiaries;
• Obtaining missing accounting information from clients - telephone and email;
• Arguing and imposing the position of subsidiaries with diplomacy, and complying with good manners;
• Properly record all complaints received either by phone or email,
• Follow-up on customer accounts;
• Identify solutions to the problems presented;
• Establish a network of internal (SSC and Subsidiary) and external contacts (Customers).


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• Fluency on Excel (advanced excel) and SAP;
• Language: French mandatory (Minimum: C1), English B2;
• Experience in cash-collection or in similar position, at least 3 years (experience within a shared service environment would be a plus);
• Good knowledge in finance.


WHAT WE OFFER YOU
- Direct contract with the client (fixed term of 12 months);
- Base Salary: 1,100€;
- Meal Allowance: 8.32€/day;
- Working hours: 08:30h - 17:30h (Monday to Friday);
- Hybrid working regime;
- Life Insurance, Retirement Insurance (3% of gross annual salary), Health Insurance (employee and children);
- Workload: 40 hours / week;
- Miraflores, Algés.
