We are recruiting Customer Service area developing administrative (M/F) for our client. Daily tasks: The service will support Customer Service area developing administrative duties related to following functions list: 1. Management of customer orders in SAP ATLAS system: • Daily communication with Cust.Service - Customer Support for alignment • Reception of customer orders (via email Outlook) • Processing in our system SAP • Daily communication with our Logistic Operator • Deliver tracking when needed. 2. Send Invoices to customers, with digital signature 3. Customer Return orders in SAP ATLAS system 4. Daily monitoring with Logistic Operator of deliveries 5. Organization of archives • Management of the document archive • Keep the file organization up to date with orders notes and customer invoices 6. Back-up service for basic duties Cust.Service - Customer Support for holidays/absence period. Requirements: High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent on Administrative Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Knowledge of relevant computer applications: Outlook, Excel, Word Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP. Knowledge of administrative procedures Numeric, oral and written language applications Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Languages: high English level (+ Spanish, good to have as it is a Iberian cluster department) Key Skills and Competencies Interpersonal skills Communication skills - verbal and written Listening skills Problem analysis and problem-solving Attention to detail and accuracy Data collection and ordering Customer service orientation Adaptability Initiative Stress tolerance Conditions: VB : 1400€ SA: 6,50€ per day in meal card Uncertain term contract with Adecco Outsourcing Location: Paço de Arcos Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) 09h-18h monday to friday.
