📢 We are recruiting PMO - IT Tooling (M/F) Porto.

You will pay a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of the project by monitoring and documenting project governance!

Specifically, these will be your tasks:
• Monitor and document project governance processes, ensuring adherence to established protocols;
• Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and governance frameworks;
• Organize and coordinate specifications, testing activities, and meetings, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are engaged;
• Act as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration;
• Proactively identify potential project issues or roadblocks and escalate them to the appropriate stakeholders for resolution. ;
• Maintain comprehensive records of project activities, decisions, and changes to ensure transparency and accountability;


You must have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field;
• 1-3 years of experience in project management or PMO roles, preferably in change management or solution design projects;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA);
• English (B1 minimum).
