Your responsabilities:
This role focuses on protecting financial systems through monitoring, investigation, and compliance.

⏩ Monitor Transactions: Review and analyze flagged transactions for suspicious or fraudulent activities.
⏩ Conduct Investigations: Investigate alerts, document findings, and escalate when needed.
⏩ Ensure Compliance: Follow AML and regulatory guidelines, working with compliance teams.
⏩ Report and Communicate: Prepare reports and share findings with relevant teams.
⏩ Improve Processes: Suggest ways to enhance monitoring tools and workflows.
⏩ Team Support: Mentor junior team members and collaborate effectively.

Who We’re Looking For:
⏩ Experienced Professionals: Proven background in transaction monitoring or investigations.
⏩ Fluency in English: Both written and spoken, to support cross-border operations.
⏩ Critical Thinkers: Strong analytical skills to identify irregularities and propose solutions.
⏩ Collaborators: A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What we have to offer you:
⏩ Base salary: 1950€ (x14 months)
⏩ Signing Bonus: €3,900 (paid in two installments: €1,950 after 2 months and another €1,950 after 6 months).
⏩ Meal Allowance: €7.63 (per day - in a meal card)
⏩ Health Insurance: Comprehensive coverage for peace of mind.

⏩ Employment Stability: Unfixed-term employment contract ensures long-term opportunities.
Schedule: Monday to friday (9am to 6pm). During the first 8 months it will be onsite, after it will be 50%-50% onsite/home.
