Your opportunity has arrived! We are looking for a Brazil CRM Executive in Lisbon! If you are passionate about technology, have exceptional customer management skills, and are ready to face new challenges, we want to meet you! ☀ Reporting to the CRM Team Leader, the ‘CRM Executive Brazil’ will be responsible for executing a communications and promotions plan interests for the Brazilian brands, reflective of the local culture and sports/gaming. Your responsabilities: • Work closely to other team members to discuss and do monthly marketing plans for all products (Sports and Casino); • Execute communication strategies aligned with the CRM Marketing plan and to main KPIs; • Execute multi-channel short-term and long-term promotions; • Execute communications to maintain players activity via editorial content; • Analyze campaigns results (conversion, costs, uplift, etc) focusing on effectiveness improvements; • Create and implement content in web, email, direct messages and other channels; • Work directly with internal parties to implement the marketing plan (content, designers, etc); •Use multiple tools for executing the campaigns; • Reports directly to local team leader. Your Specialist skills and experience: ☝ Native Brazilian + fluent in English; ☝ Advanced Excel; ☝ 1-2 years of experience in CRM or a related field, including proven track record of campaign optimisation; ☝ Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically; ability to articulate ideas clearly; ☝ Proactive in managing own workload and delivering results; ☝ Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce and Optimove; ☝ Online sports betting and gaming experience.
