Main Responsibilities:
📅 Release Plan Scheduling: provide support in developing the release plan on a monthly basis
📦 Customer: Maintain & manage customer delivery schedule; weekly updates; track customers’ delivery versus budget. Manage & maintain Sales orders on sage
🔧 Continuous Improvement: Proactively suggest and implement enhancements to customer operations processes.
📊 Prepare sales order reviews based on expected demand for discussion with management
🤝 Work closely with the planning teams to support demand tracking, material requirements analysis, and reporting.

Profile:
🎓 High School Diploma or an Academic Degree
🛠️ Ability to handle multi-task operations, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure
💪 Assertive, flexible, and detail-oriented
🌐 Fluency in English and good computer skills preferred
📈 Advanced Excel skills
