📌 We are looking for a German Collections Representative!

📍 Oeiras (Hybrid)
🕑 Monday - Friday
💼 Direct contract with the company

RESPONSABILITIES:
▶ Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for non payment
▶ Issue payment commitment letters
▶Coordinate customer credit changes
▶Maintain accurate records about the customer payment status

KEY SKILLS:
👉 German Fluent + English B2
👉 Customer Service experience
👉 Good written and verbal communication skills

OFFER:
✔Base salary: 1400€
✔Meal Allowance
✔Hybrid (2 days per week at the office)
