We are currently looking for a Dutch Collections/Financial Services Representative to join the team of a multinational company.

🏁Responsibilities:

Obtain payment details for allocation
Ensure team goals are met (overdue levels, cash targets)
Provide collections status for assigned portfolio
Address customer inquiries and manage write-offs
Liaise with Accounts Payable for invoice approvals and payments
Oversee dunning process and collections workflow
Send reminders, dunning letters, and account statements
Contact customers or internal teams as needed
Manage contra account reconciliations
Handle customer refunds and dispute resolutions
Analyze AR Aging reports
Lead credit committees and debt calls
Follow up to ensure timely payments
Support escalations for overdue accounts
Manage key customer relationships


🎯 What is expected of you :

Fluent in English + Dutch (at least a B2 level);
Education in the Area (minimum 12th grade);
6 months (minimum) of experience in a similar position;
Team Player attitude;
Customer focused with excellent communication skills;
Good computer skills including Microsoft Office (EXCEL);
Willing to develop in a multinational/ multicultural environment.


Client's Offer:

❕ Hybrid work model: 2 days in the office | 3 days remote
