YOURROLE You will report directly to the Purchase Administrative Manager, playing a key role in managing the administrative aspects of purchases for various subsidiaries working with SSC Portugal.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? • 🧾 Handling the full administrative process of purchases: issuing and sending customer invoices according to their specific billing requirements. • ✅ Verifying and validating supplier invoices based on each country's regulations. • 💼 Ensuring smooth processes until invoices are fully paid. • 📊 Providing insightful analysis to support purchase activity tracking and forecasting. • Maintaining strict adherence to rules and standards related to the tasks. • 🔍 Identifying and reporting discrepancies or issues. • Building and maintaining positive day-to-day relationships with customers.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Technical and Professional studies in finance, business administration, or accounting, with a high school diploma. • Proven experience in invoicing, accounting, or a similar role (minimum of 1 year). • Strong knowledge of purchase invoice validation tools. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. • Fluent in English (minimum B2 level); French fluent level.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS: • 💰 Salary: €1,100 to €1,200 gross per month. • 🍴 Meal Allowance: €8.32 per day (provided on a card). • Contract Type: Temporary (between 3 to 6 months) • Reason for Hire: Exceptional increase in workload. • Working Hours: 08:30h – 17:30h, Monday to Friday. • Remote Work: First month is in-person training. Afterward, hybrid model (2 days remote, 3 days in the office). • Weekly Workload: 40 hours per week. • Start Date: Urgent. • Location: Miraflores, Algés.
