We're on the lookout for an experienced German Customer Service Team Leader, with sales superpowers and a flawless command of German and English to join our fantastic team. Daily tasks: - Management, support, organization and further development of the assigned team; - Management of approximately 10 to 20 employees; - Constant monitoring of team performance and achievement of annual objectives; - Regular coaching / feedback of individual team members (motivation training) and guarantee of employee process know-how; - Discussions on performance and objectives with each employee; - Guarantee quality and quantity standards within the team; - HR Responsibilities: time and Absence management, involvement in recruiting process.
