Onboarding and Talent Coordinator

Adecco is recruiting an Onboarding and Talent Management Coordinator;

We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized professional to join our team as an Onboarding and Talent Management Coordinator, focusing on managing onboarding processes, recruitment, and talent initiatives. If you have experience in process management, governance control, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:
Processes & Documentation:
Manage the onboarding process for permanent and external employees for the UK and France.

Monitor and report on the status of the recruitment plan, providing regular updates to senior management.

Governance and Controls:
Monitor and control contractor rate increases, conversions, and validations for the UK and France, ensuring alignment with regional oversight.

Support the preparation of Techboard meetings and HR & Sourcing committees.

Contribute to sourcing initiatives such as juniorisation, graduate hiring, and conversions during Efficiency Steerco meetings.

Coordination:
Prepare and compile onboarding requests, ensuring all necessary data is available for weekly Onboarding Committee meetings.

Assist in managing supplier relationships on the client’s platform.

Projects:
Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives with GM IT managers and ITO teams.

Support the monitoring and coordination of talent initiatives, including juniorisation (graduates, trainees, apprentices).

Act as the proximity project lead for the nearshoring hub in Portugal, collaborating with local management, HR, and other functions to ensure project success.

Technical Requirements:
Proven experience in project management, onboarding processes, and talent coordination.

Experience in process improvement and automation using Agile methodology is a plus.

Proficiency in the Office 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Familiarity with IT and HR functions is advantageous.

Language Requirements:
Fluent written and spoken English.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong attention to detail, with a strategic outlook and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and senior management.
