Are you a native in Spanish or French with a passion for digital content? We're on the lookout for a talented Content Reviewer to join our team in the sunny and vibrant city of Lisbon! ☺

RESPONSABILITIES:
▶ You will be responsible for the review, classification and elimination of content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels.
▶ You need to understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines.
▶ You will investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team.
▶ Participate in process improvement initiatives that improve quality and efficiency of work.
▶ Participate in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for optimal development in the role.
▶Engage in conversation around socially sensitive topics with the purpose of keeping our communities safe.

REQUIREMENTS:
☝ Spanish or French fluent + English (mandatory).
☝ Completed Compulsory Education (Minimum required)
☝ Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills.
☝ Strong attention to detail and strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
☝ Deep familiarity and passion for the internet, internet platforms, and internet culture.
☝ Ability to work well individually and as part of a team and to work differing rotations/shifts.


What we offer:
✨Base salary: 1500€
✨Meal Allowance: 7,62€
✨ 09h00 to 18h00, monday to friday
✨ Lisbon - Presencial
