We are looking for Customer Service - Energy Specialist ( (M/F) With French.

As an Energy Specialist in our Operations team, you’ll be right at the heart of everything we do — ensuring an outstanding experience for our customers.

What you’ll be doing:

Communicating with customers primarily via phone and email, answering questions, solving problems, and sometimes engaging with other suppliers.
Taking full ownership of each interaction, providing a complete, end-to-end service; Being fully trained across all aspects of the customer journey so you can handle any issue with confidence.
Tackling day-to-day challenges by delivering smart, effective solutions while adapting to fast-paced changes as we grow.
