Outbound German Customer Service - Lisbon

Are you a German and English speaker looking for a new challenge in Lisbon?
We are looking for someone to help us grow in Portugal, in a team of commercial assistants for a prestigious client in the insurance sector.

Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Promote and sell our products/services to meet sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies.

Requirements:
Proficiency in German and English.
At least 1 year of experience in sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of motivation and a positive attitude.
Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.


What We Offer:
Base salary: 1450€ x 14months
Meal allowance: 6,41€ per day (ticket)
Bonus: 550€ (max) x 12months
Comprehensive training and ongoing support
MON- FRI, 9h-19h (8h rotative)
