Reporting and KPI analyst

We're looking for a Reporting and KPI analyst to support our prestigious client.

What are gonna be your main responsabilities:

♦Reporting, Dashboard and other activities linked to Training performance monitoring;
♦Analyzing the performance indicators – linked to training;
♦Analysis of extractions from HR Training platform;
♦Conduct numerous analyses asked by HR Global Direction;
♦Drawing up graphs and ppt presentations for the Global HR department.

What are we looking for?

↪ Master’s degree in psychology, Administration, Pedagogy, Human Resources, or related areas, with specialisation or certification in Data Analytics, Business; Intelligence or related areas being a plus;
↪ Fluent in English (written and verbal);
↪ At least 3 years of experience;
↪ Advanced Excel;
↪ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Offer:

❕ Base salary: 1.600€ + Meal allowance 8,32€/day;
❕ Schedule: 09h00 to 18h00 Monday to Friday.
