You will be responsible for producing comprehensive financial statements, providing insightful analyses, and supporting various financial reporting needs.

💼 What You’ll Do:

✔️  Maintain complete and accurate books for Latin American markets, adhering to IFRS and local GAAP
✔️  Prepare and deliver a full suite of reconciled financial performance statements, including supporting schedules and analyses, within established deadlines
✔️  Actively participate in project and team meetings, presenting ideas and contributing to problem-solving
✔️  Ensure all financial statements comply with current accounting standards, identifying and addressing training needs as necessary
✔️  Regularly review financial statement outputs to ensure they meet the needs of recipients, providing solutions and improvements
✔️  Provide ad-hoc financial reporting support as required

You are someone with:

✔️  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
✔️ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
✔️ Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis
✔️ Strong communication and presentation skills
✔️ Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory)
